Instructions
1. Preheat & prep
Preheat oven to 190°C (375°F).
Lightly grease a baking dish.
2. Make the peach filling
In a large bowl, combine:
peaches, white sugar, brown sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg, lemon juice, and cornstarch.
Mix gently until peaches are coated.
Pour into your baking dish.

3. Make the topping
In a separate bowl, mix:
flour, sugars, baking powder, and salt.
