Easy, Delicious & Perfect for Entertaining
Whether you’re hosting a party, planning a grazing table, needing a quick snack, or craving the flavours of classic spanakopita without all the effort, these Spinach and Feta Pinwheels will absolutely save the day.
They’re buttery, flaky, cheesy, perfectly seasoned — and the best part? They’re incredibly quick to make, bake beautifully, and are designed for sharing. Think of them as spanakopita’s easygoing cousin: all the flavour, none of the fuss.
Perfect for parties, entertaining, meal prep, or a savoury bite with your morning coffee.
What the Recipe Is
Spinach and Feta Pinwheels are puff-pastry spirals filled with a bright, savoury mixture of spinach, feta, parmesan, and spring onion. Rolled, sliced, and baked until golden, they’re a simple appetiser that delivers big flavour with minimal work.
They’re also ideal for gluten-free entertaining since this recipe uses gluten-free puff pastry sheets — but regular pastry works just as well.
