Ingredients
- 1 pack Oreos (any variety works)
- 200g white chocolate or candy melts
- Red food colouring (gel works best)
- Blue food colouring (gel)
- White chocolate stars or star sprinkles
- Optional: red and white sprinkles

🍴 Instructions
1. Melt the chocolate
Melt your white chocolate in a microwave-safe bowl in 20-second bursts, stirring in between until smooth.
Split into two bowls.

2. Colour your chocolate
- Add red food colouring to one bowl
- Add blue food colouring to the other
Leave a small portion plain white if you want cleaner flag detailing.

3. Dip the Oreos
Using a fork, dip each Oreo into the coloured chocolate:
- For the flag style: dip half red, leave half white
- For the star cookies: dip fully in blue
Place onto baking paper.

4. Decorate immediately
While still wet:
- Add white stars onto the blue Oreos
- Add sprinkles if using
- You can drizzle extra white chocolate for texture

5. Let them set
Leave at room temperature or pop in the fridge for 10–15 minutes until firm.

Tips That Make These Look Better
- Use gel colouring so the chocolate doesn’t seize
- Work quickly before chocolate sets
- Don’t over-dip – thinner layers look cleaner
- Use a toothpick to tidy edges if needed
